About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced IT Manager to lead our data and communications technology efforts. This role is key to keeping our systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, a problem-solver, and someone who enjoys driving improvement across departments through technology.

Salary: $67,500/YR

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and support
• Analyze business needs and align IT systems to meet current and future demands
• Design and implement effective IT strategies
• Identify and manage data security risks
• Ensure all tech equipment and software are running efficiently
• Evaluate IT performance against company goals and make improvements as needed
• Work closely with all departments to support operational goals
• Create and implement IT policies to support company-wide initiatives
• Recommend and manage new equipment, upgrades, and system changes
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts
• Focus on improving IT user satisfaction company-wide
• Support company projects and deployments as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience (required if no degree)
• OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant experience
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and security
• Proficiency with CTECH, SAGE, and UKG systems
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience managing technology projects
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus
