Job Description
  • Check small electronic parts and boards to make sure they meet quality standards
  • Use visual tools like microscopes, magnifiers, and measuring tools to find defects
  • Perform light touch-up work and repairs as needed
  • Follow written instructions, visual aids, and drawings during inspections
  • Scan products and enter inspection results into computer tracking systems
  • Adjust and process items to meet size or quality requirements
  • Record how many parts were inspected and any that were rejected
  • Work closely with your team and supervisor to report issues or delays


Work Experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ year of related work experience (inspection, electronics, or light assembly)
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions or basic diagrams
  • Comfortable using small tools, microscopes, or magnifying lenses
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Able to sit for long periods and lift/move up to 10 lbs occasionally
  • IPC certification is a plus but not required
