Location: Albuquerque, NM

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (typically 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, may vary)

Job Summary:

Onin Staffing is hiring for a client in the Albuquerque area! We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Bag Operator to join the production team on the 2nd shift. You’ll be responsible for operating bagging machinery to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate bagging machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
  • Load materials into machines and ensure proper alignment
  • Inspect finished bags for quality, weight, and seal integrity
  • Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
