Shift: 2nd Shift (typically 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, may vary)

Job Summary:

Onin Staffing is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Print Press Trainee for a client in the Albuquerque area. This is a great opportunity to learn the printing trade and grow within a manufacturing environment. No prior press experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing presses
  • Learn to monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Load materials and supplies into the press
  • Help with cleaning and maintaining press equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Work closely with experienced press operators to gain hands-on training


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Team player with a positive attitude
