Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Linen Distribution Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, distribution, and inventory of clean linens at healthcare facilities. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for patients and staff alike.



Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute clean linens and retrieve soiled linens from designated areas within healthcare facilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure linen carts are properly stocked and rotated
  • Follow infection control and sanitation protocols at all times
  • Communicate with hospital staff and laundry facility teams to ensure timely delivery and pick-up
  • Operate carts, trolleys, and other transport equipment safely and effectively
  • Keep records of deliveries and linen usage
  • Adhere to safety and quality control standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in linen/laundry services or healthcare environments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
