Job Title: Logistics Center Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Location: Madison, Alabama

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Center Analyst to join our on-site support team in Madison, AL. This role provides hands-on technical and logistics support for Service Desk operations, hardware setup, and shipping/receiving activities for multiple clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site hardware support for Service Desk analysts and internal users

  • Support shipping and receiving operations, including scanning incoming/outgoing product shipments

  • Image, configure, and set up computer systems and devices

  • Provide technical support for:

    • Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)

    • Tablets and Time Clocks

    • Windows 10/11 operating systems

    • Microsoft and Google products

    • ServiceNow

  • Maintain accurate time entries and follow established logistics center processes and procedures

  • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team


Schedule

- 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, any day of the week)

- 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, any day of the week)

Skills and Experience:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral devices

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

  • Self-motivated, decisive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:

  • Associate Degree in a Technical or Computer-related discipline

  • 1–2 years of experience in:

    • Enterprise-level Help Desk

    • On-site support

    • CCTV systems

  • Certifications (preferred, not required):

    • CompTIA Security+

    • A+

    • HDI Desktop Support Technician

    • MCITP (Enterprise Desktop Support Technician)
