Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping machines running like clockwork? Onin Staffing is partnering with a leading plastic manufacturing company to find a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their team!

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity—meaning we’re looking for someone who wants to grow into a permanent role and become a key player in daily production success.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plastic manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid production downtime
  • Inspect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
  • Document repairs and report any recurring issues to supervisors
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure machines are running safely and efficiently


Work Experience
  • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
