Your Impact Be the critical connection point at our client, where you'll ensure smooth staffing operations while creating pathways to success for every team member. You'll manage the daily pulse of our client partnerships, using real-time insights to match the right people to the right opportunities while building a culture of safety and engagement.

What Success Looks Like
  • Welcome and orient new team members, setting them up for success from day one
  • Master attendance tracking and scheduling to keep production flowing seamlessly
  • Build trusted relationships with client supervisors, becoming their go-to staffing partner
  • Champion safety through daily check-ins and proactive issue resolution
  • Spot talent and help workers advance from temporary to permanent opportunities

Skills and Experience:

Work Experience
  • Experience coordinating teams or managing workflows (staffing, retail, hospitality all valuable)
  • Comfort with technology - tablets, time tracking systems, and reporting tools
  • Bilingual abilities valued as you'll support diverse teams
  • Natural problem-solver who makes confident decisions independently
  • Genuine interest in helping others succeed and find their career path
