What You'll Do as a Pallet Builders / Assemblers:
  • Gather materials for daily work orders.
  • Fit parts together to construct and assemble wooden pallets.
  • Use basic hand tools or nail guns for assembly.
  • Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Stack completed pallets.
  • Cover, label, and band components or finished products, as needed.
  • Perform all duties with safety in mind

Skills and Experience:

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • Prior manufacturing or assembly experience, or eager to learn new skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a team player
  • Experience using nail guns and other basic hand tools
  • Composite or steel-toe shoes (discounted purchasing options available)
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or carry loads weighing up to 50 lbs
