Job Details

  • Position: Production Associate

  • Pay: $15.50/hour

What You'll Do

  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Operate equipment as trained by supervisors or experienced personnel
  • Monitor product quality throughout production
  • Participate in cross-training across line positions
  • Perform startup and shutdown procedures as directed
  • Maintain accurate counts and complete production documentation
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
  • Attend safety meetings and participate in safety audits
  • Complete general labor duties as needed to meet production goals

Skills and Experience:


Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in food or chemical manufacturing a plus
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Familiar with SOPs and production safety protocols
  • Basic math skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Clear understanding of Lockout/Tagout and Hazard Communication procedures
  • Ability to read and follow signage and safety instructions
  • Must have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
