Overview:

Onin Staffing is hiring 10 reliable teammates for a temporary Packaging Associate role in a fast-paced food production environment. This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in cooler, wet conditions.

 Job Responsibilities
• Package food products efficiently and accurately
• Lift and move items weighing 25–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Working Conditions
• Cold environment (45–60°F)
• Wet production areas
• Standing and moving for entire shift
• Fast-paced, high-volume workflow
• Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm schedule with potential for overtime and weekend shifts

Skills and Experience:

 Requirements
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Must pass a background check
• No jewelry, fake nails, nail polish, or fake eyelashes in production areas
• Must wear hairnet, face mask, and closed-toe shoes
• Good personal hygiene required
• Entry/exit procedures will be managed by Onin Staffing team
