Onin Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Inventory Specialist to support our warehouse operations. The QA/Inventory Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that outgoing orders meet high-quality standards, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating across departments to meet customer expectations.


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour, weekly pay



Work Experience
  • Maintain and enforce comprehensive quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of outgoing orders to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client specifications.
  • Confirm correct packing, labeling, and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Perform routine inventory audits to detect and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support order tracking and interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Leadership and warehouse inventory experience
  • Computer proficiency (data entry, outlook, excel spreadsheets)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold quality assurance standards and meet customer requirements.
