🔍 Quality Assurance (QA) Technician – Albuquerque, NM

Pay: $20–$25/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity


About the Role:

Onin Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented QA Technician for a client in the Albuquerque area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and prior experience in quality control or assurance within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and compliance with specifications
  • Document and report any defects or inconsistencies
  • Perform routine audits and quality checks throughout the production process
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results
  • Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5yrs previous experience in a QA or QC role (warehouse or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints and understand drawing tolerances
  • Ability to measure parts and assemblies using calipers, micrometers, ect.
  • Basic demonstrable computer skills for data entry and reporting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
