Job Description
  • Visually inspect electronic parts, circuit boards, and product assemblies to make sure they meet quality standards
  • Use tools like microscopes, gauges, and measuring devices to check for defects
  • Make sure all required steps in the process have been completed before approving the product
  • Enter inspection results and quality data into tracking systems such as Excel or other internal manufacturing software
  • Identify and report problems or defects to the right team members
  • Help handle any non-conforming or defective products
  • Follow detailed written instructions, safety rules, and inspection checklists


Work Experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 6+ months of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is a plus
  • Able to read and follow instructions and diagrams
  • Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry (Excel, spreadsheets, and internal quality systems)
  • Familiar with using microscopes, gauges, or other inspection tools
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Can sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Good attention to detail and focus while working with small parts
