Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our property management team. This role is the first point of contact for clients, owners, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment. The Receptionist will support daily office operations and assist manager with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist Clients, owners, and visitors in person and by phone
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with tenant inquiries, maintenance requests, and general questions
  • Maintain organized files, records, and office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to staff
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software a plus
  • Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Shift and Pay
Hour: 8a-5p 
Pay Rate: $15hr


Skills and Experience:

Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and able to build positive relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.

Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle calls and emails professionally.

Organization: Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail in a fast-paced office.

Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience: 1–3 years in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role; property management, real estate, or hospitality experience preferred.
