🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:Albuquerque, NM8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💵 Pay: $16 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

As a Staffing Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in connecting great people with great jobs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles
  • Matching candidates with job opportunities that align with their skills and goals
  • Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their staffing needs
  • Managing onboarding, orientation, and compliance processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive office culture


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, but not required
