What you'll do as: Retail/Warehouse Store Manager

  • Receive and process inventory and inventory management
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products and services offered
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
  • Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance


Work Experience

Demonstrated track record of success as a retail store manager, extensive sales experience, proficient computer skills. Strong leadership abilities, adept at customer management. Exceptional organizational skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Prior experience operating a forklift is a plus. Capable of regularly lifting, pushing, and pulling 50-75 pounds. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus. Availability to work on Saturdays is required.
