• Communicate effectively with farmers, truck drivers, and team members via CB radio, phone, and in person.
• Accurately record truck data in the company’s computer system.
• Grade incoming rice and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Operate and maintain sample milling machines; collect and evaluate rice samples.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on milling machines.
• Maintain organized and accurate daily paperwork and documentation.
• Conduct manual probing of trucks as needed.
• Keep the scale room and surrounding areas clean, safe, and organized.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and maintain good physical health.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong computer and data entry skills.
