Job Title: Seasonal Corn Sorter

Location: Worthington, IN


Employment Type: Seasonal, Full-time Starting (on or around) August 19th


Compensation: Competitive Pay (Earn up to $1000.00+ per week during harvest season) with built-in overtime. Weekly escalating bonus program to earn an additional $1000.00 through the project.


Job Overview: Join our team for the corn harvest season! We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the role of Corn Sorter. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to $1000.00+ a week with built-in overtime and the potential to earn an additional $1000.00 through our weekly escalating bonus program. Work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week, and be part of a rewarding harvest experience.



Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and inspect corn for quality and defects.
  • Remove any foreign material or damaged corn.
  • Operate and maintain sorting equipment.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
  • Prior experience in agriculture or a similar field is a plus but not required.
