Job Description

Overview:

 We are looking for dependable Production/Assembly Associates to join our team at a flower bulb manufacturer. In this role, you will help prepare, package, and assemble flower bulbs and related products for shipment. Responsibilities include sorting, labeling, inspecting for quality, and working efficiently on a production line. This position will start the end of November. 

Skills and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and package flower bulbs according to company standards

  • Assemble and label products accurately and efficiently

  • Inspect bulbs and materials for quality and consistency

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety and production guidelines

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • Attention to detail and teamwork skills

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
