Job Description
  • Prepare and package all outgoing shipments
  • Receive incoming materials and store them using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
  • Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and traceability records
  • Track shipping containers and inventory movement
  • Operate forklifts and standard warehouse equipment
  • Follow all safety (EHS) procedures and company guidelines
  • Conduct and support month-end inventories
  • Load production materials for the assigned production lines
  • Jump in to support other material handling or warehouse tasks as needed


Work Experience
  • Ability to read and follow simple written instructions and procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly in small group or one-on-one settings
  • Comfortable interpreting safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals
  • Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Strong common sense and ability to follow both written and verbal directions
  • Experience using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, electronic scales, and data entry tools
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse support preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
