Job Description
Onin Staffing is seeking multiple Level II Soldering Technicians in the North Austin area for 3RD SHIFT. This is an amazing opportunity for a skilled technician to enjoy competitive pay, a temp to hire role, and affordable health insurance after 30 days.
- Pay starting at 23.00/per hour
- Sunday - Thursday
- 11:00PM - 7:15AM

What you'll do as an Inspection and Repair Operator:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components.
- Inspection and repair of solar panel sub components.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Performing touch up and repairs.
- Document workloads as completed.
Qualifications:
- Pass IPC-610 soldering test
- IPC-A-610 or J-STD-0001 certification not required but is a plus
- Related experience and/or training
- Must have good or correctable eyesight and cannot be colorblind
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might have:
- Experience in soldering and electronics assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Soldering experience (at least 2 years)
- Electronics experience (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of electronic assembly
- Experience with point to point wiring
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
