We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in a variety of roles, while also managing payroll processing for assigned employees. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for recruiting, and a solid understanding of payroll functions.



Work Experience

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Source and screen candidates using various recruiting platforms and strategies
  • Conduct interviews and match candidates with suitable job openings
  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish
  • Track applicant data, update job postings, and maintain ATS records
  • Monitor and manage employee onboarding and documentation


Payroll Administration:

  • Collect and process weekly timecards for assigned employees
  • Enter and verify payroll data for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with accounting/payroll team to ensure timely payments
  • Handle payroll inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
