Now Hiring Welders – 1st & 2nd Shift | El Mirage, AZ
Ōnin Staffing is hiring experienced Welders for both 1st and 2nd shift at a well-established structural steel manufacturing facility in El Mirage, AZ. If you have a strong background in structural welding and fabrication, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work and grow with a company that values your expertise.

  • Location: El Mirage, AZ
  • Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM (includes shift differential pay)
  • Pay: $20-23 based on experience


Skills and Experience:


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality MIG welding (GMAW) on structural steel components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
  • Use fabrication techniques to meet production standards and project specs.
  • Inspect welds and materials to ensure adherence to quality control requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.


Work Experience

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in structural steel fabrication.
  • Proficient in GMAW (MIG) welding.
  • Knowledge of fabrication techniques and tools.
  • Strong background in quality control and inspection procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Must pass a weld test.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
