Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals for a short-term project in West Monroe, LA. The role involves disassembling/tearing down control valves, sandblasting, and painting. Previous valve experience is not required, but candidates must have strong mechanical aptitude and prior experience working in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely teardown and disassemble industrial Valve equipment.
  • Perform sandblasting and painting of parts.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  • Work effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.

Details:
  • Temporary role: September 8 – September 26
  • Pay: $20 – $25/hr depending on experience
  • Opportunity to gain valuable industrial experience with a respected company


Skills and Experience:

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools/equipment.
  • Prior industrial or mechanical work experience required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a physical environment.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.
