The Warehouse Associate role is pivotal to the success of the picking and packing of our products. The warehouse associate will safely pick up orders, pack them, and palletize them. You should understand safe work practices, and the basic principles of warehouse operation, follow GMPs, basic quality understanding, and perform required housekeeping responsibilities. Picking orders, ability to communicate in English, quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Follows standard operating procedures, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Utilize the proper PPE for each task performed and maintain PPE in a safe and usable condition.
• Read and pick orders.
• Actively participate in cross-training across the various line positions in the plant.
• Maintain accurate counts and document products being produced or used as required for the position.
• Keep the warehouse, clean and free of any hazards.
• Accomplish safety targets set by supervisors and management.
• Perform General Laborer duties as required to meet production needs.
• Attend safety meetings, and conduct safety audits.
• Must have a good attendance record and be on time.
• Must be able to Commit to OT as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to comprehend and communicate in English
• Strong Attention to detail.
• Ability to Multi-task and watch multiple processes at the same time.
• Warehouse Experience
• Have experience picking and packing
• Have basic computer skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable, and change priorities and direction as needed.
• Must have a positive attitude towards work and can work well as a member of a team
• After receiving training, employees must be able to show understanding and competency in safety rules and regulations by written or verbal examination.
• Ability to understand and follow posted signage throughout the facility.
