Job Description

Overview:

Do you like staying active and working in a fast-paced environment? Ōnin Staffing is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team in Lafayette, LA.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks; operate floor jack and other material-handling equipment safely.

  • Assist drivers with furniture deliveries to customers.

  • Build and assemble furniture as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

  • Follow safety guidelines and promote safe working conditions.

  • Complete tasks delegated by the warehouse manager efficiently and accurately.

Skills and Experience:

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of prior warehouse experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good planning, organization, and communication skills.

  • Dependable and reliable with problem-solving ability.

  • Must meet pre-employment screening requirements.

  • Ability to work assigned schedule and perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule & Pay:

  • $12.00 per hour

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, may be required to stay later on some days depending on workload; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
