Warehouse Supervisor – Onin Staffing
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Position Summary:
Onin Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in warehouse, production, and shipping functions. This role ensures personnel performance, facility upkeep, inventory accuracy, and the efficient use of tools and equipment.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor helps implement operational policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement across production, safety, and efficiency. This position ensures internal warehouse activities—from order receipt to shipping—run smoothly, while also supporting external operations by resolving product quality concerns, managing inbound logistics, and coordinating with freight providers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse and production teams in shipping, receiving, and facility upkeep
- Enforce and maintain standard and emergency operating procedures
- Oversee product assembly and production to order or inventory with focus on quality and efficiency
- Monitor receiving processes to ensure accuracy and timely storage of inbound products
- Procure and prepare materials and products to meet customer demand
- Control labor costs, minimize overtime, and manage freight and repair expenses
- Maintain facility repairs and equipment adjustments as needed
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on product knowledge, safety, and operational excellence
- Implement preventative maintenance programs in coordination with the Operations Manager
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Monitor staff performance and address issues with coaching or disciplinary actions
- Promote warehouse safety and security policies
- Oversee cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Provide excellent service to internal teams while balancing cost, productivity, and safety
- Champion sustainability initiatives to repair, recycle, and reuse materials
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse and production personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: GED or High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in shipping/receiving, leadership, inventory systems, and warehouse equipment

Work Environment:
This role is performed in a production and distribution environment and may involve exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and moving equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Requires close and distance vision, color perception, and depth perception
