Job Description

Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring for a Welder Set position. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating welding equipment, performing accurate welds, and working as part of a production team. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for growth and long-term placement.



Work Experience
  • Proven Welding Experience:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding, with the ability to produce strong, clean welds.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Equipment Setup:
  • Skilled in setting up welding machines based on job requirements, including adjusting gas flow, voltage, and wire speed.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Strong focus on accuracy, weld integrity, and visual inspection of completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Safety-Oriented:
  • Knowledge of and adherence to workplace safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Physical Stamina:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work well with team members and supervisors.
  • Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
