Position Overview
As a Full Home Remodeler and Builder, you will work under the direction of a Foreman to complete full remodeling projects, additions, and home builds. This position requires experience in multiple trades, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Assist in completing projects efficiently with a high level of quality in mind – Work with a team to meet company standards.
🔹 Perform skilled trades work – Tasks may include framing, drywall, cabinetry, trim work, tile installation, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical.
🔹 Follow instructions from the Foreman – Complete tasks on time with quality craftsmanship.
🔹 Ensure job site cleanliness and organization – Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
🔹 Work as part of a team – Communicate effectively and collaborate with crew members.
🔹 Deliver quality results – Take pride in your work and pay attention to the details.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: Minimum 3+ years in kitchen and bath remodeling.
✔ Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in multiple trades (carpentry, tile, drywall, etc.).
✔ Work Ethic: Dependable, hardworking, and committed to craftsmanship.
✔ Team Player: Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and communicate well.
✔ Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
Additional Details:
• Full-Time Position (30-40+ hours per week)
• Competitive Pay – Based on experience and skill level, $19 to $25/hour
