Job Summary
As a Staffing Recruiter at Ōnin Staffing, you’ll be the heartbeat of our talent acquisition efforts. You’ll source, screen, and place candidates in roles that match their skills and aspirations, while supporting our clients with workforce solutions that drive success. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your ability to connect with people and solve problems will shine.
Key Responsibilities
• Build relationships with job seekers and guide them through the hiring process
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Match candidates to client job openings based on skills, experience, and fit
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with the branch team to meet client staffing needs and exceed expectations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Represent Ōnin Staffing at job fairs and community event
Work Experience
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
