To fully participate in Canada's circular economy, we can count on more than 1500 employees like you! Currently, we are recruiting our next resource person whose role will be:

Administrative Assistant 

Accounts Receivable
  • Process AR Invoices, entering into system
  • Month end close, includes accruals and reconciliations
  • Review of AR Aging Report with the credit dept.
  • Create and maintain databases and files

  • Check all timesheets for accuracies and enter weekly payroll from the timesheets
  • Maintain payroll files
  • File and maintain clerical records and reports pertinent to payroll
  • Handle paperwork, termination and any employee changes

Account Payable
    • Manage all purchase order requests and perform A/P responsibilities
    • AP month end close, includes accruals and reconciliations.
    • Reconcile credit card and fuel cards.
    • Process of AP vendor invoices, receipting into the AP system
    • Create and maintain databases and files;

    • Other duties as assigned;


Job Requirements

  • Ability to deal with vendor/clients
  • Excellent verbal and writer communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Available for overtime when required
  • Meet deadlines
  • 2 years or more of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite and various computer programs
  • Good knowledge of general office practices and accouting background;
