Looking for meaningful work? We are seeking friendly, passionate and energetic candidates to join our supportive team in our homelike working environment in NW Rochester.

This Home Health Aide/C.N.A. position will be located in our  Brookemoor and Bellemoor Assisted Living and Memory Support Neighborhoods! Full-time or part-time!

Core Responsibilities:
Pass Medications from a Medication Cart
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living
Report change of condition to nurse
Provide exceptional customer service to seniors Core Responsibilities:

Open interviews at our main building:



9:00 am-5:00 pm. 

Superior Benefits
Employees scheduled 24 hours per week are eligible for Dental, Vision and PTO benefits. Employees scheduled 30 or more hours per week are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision and PTO benefits. The 403b Retirement Savings benefit is available for employees that are scheduled 20 hours per week and above.

Job Requirements


  1. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
  2. A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  3. Registered or certified as a nursing assistant in the State of Minnesota
  4. Effective communicator with staff, families and outside agencies.
  5. Nursing assistant certification required, CPR required, TMA certification preferred, but not required.
