The Preserve, a new senior care community located in Fort Myers has immediate opening for a Receptionist.

We are looking for a Receptionist to make a great first impression to all that enter our facility. The role of the Receptionist is to provide superior customer service to all to residents, employees, visitors and guests. You will greet and direct callers and guests, prepare and sort mail, process payments, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, and complete other office/administrative duties.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, answer phones, give tours as requested.
  • Type various documents, fax, scan, and copy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, family members and visitors.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One year of office/clerical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft programs is essential, typing speed of 35 WPM.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to handle a variety of interruptions on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to function independently and be able to work effectively with other personnel.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and in other capacities when necessary.
