Job Description

Are you a Recruiter with a passion for meeting, hiring and staffing in the unique realm of Senior Living and Senior Care? 

Volunteers of America, National Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is flexible, reliable, well organized and a team player to recruit both clinical and non clinical positions in senior living. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Creating online and other advertisements
  • ATS Management - we use CareerBuilder ATS 
  • Screening applicants 
  • On-boarding 
  • Attend off site hiring events
  • Host on site open interview days
  • Collaborate with facilities to prepare recruitment strategy for existing and future needs
  • Prepare various reports in Excel 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Completion of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience, such as recruitment, human resources, personnel or related fields.
  • Minimum of one-year experience as a healthcare recruiter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and Internet.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects to a deadline.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; consumer focused.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Flexible.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Resourceful.
  • Works well independently and with minimal supervision.
