Machine Integration Developer (m/f/div) to be part of our IT team

About the position

As a Machine Integration Developer, you will Investigate new innovative digital solutions and translate technical capabilities into business capabilities that could be used in our plants by using web and cloud technologies. You collaborate in software development and integration projects and are responsible for testing the developed applications in the context of quality assurance. You will work close with Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Maintenance and Production Execution teams to support and inspire with new innovative solutions. Support in further developing the existing IT network, server and PC infrastructure will also be one of your tasks. In this position, you will collaborate with peers in our other plants (such as Korea & Sweden).

YOUR PROFILE

As a person you are passionate about innovation and new technologies. You have an open mindset, a willingness to explore and you are ready to contribute with new ideas powered by your interest in new developments and technologies.
You have a completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist or similar and have gained first relevant professional experience. You also have practical experience with PLCs, OPC and programming languages such as MATLAB and SIMULINK, backed up by an understanding of backend techs (e.g. Java, Spring, API) and cloud techs . Basic knowledge about interplay of common network components/protocol as well as PC and network operating systems and system architecture knowledge will for sure help you in this role. Since you will be working close with peers at other plants, you need to speak English. For the local work in the factory site, German is also needed.
