Arrow Truck Sales GmbH is the new used truck dealer on the European market, aiming to give truckers a better experience finding and buying used trucks of all brands. We are here to change the European used truck market and we are growing fast!

Your Challenge:

Depending on your level of experience in sales, either you will start as a Junior Sales Representative (m/f/d) tasked with supporting the sales team, or you will follow your own leads and develop sales as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to customers worldwide.

  • Hunting and harvesting sales leads while building and maintaining a growing professional network in the transport business

  • Selling trucks and financing solutions to European customers

  • Actively researching and investigating the used truck market, following up on customer behavior to find the best business opportunities

  • Investigating market prices and consumer demands

  • Negotiating, preparing, and settling sales contracts

  • Handing over trucks and supporting customers during registration process

  • Handling the transport and logistics of purchased vehicles to and from our yard

Your Profile:

We are looking for self-starters, born sellers and energetic persons with knowledge of or interest in the heavy trucks and transport business.

  • You may have previous sales experience in the automotive, truck, machine, or motor industries

  • Your commercial mindset helps you ”smell” business opportunities, and your strong negotiating skills help you close win-win deals

  • You may already be well connected, but you’ll be hungry to continue expanding your network

  • You love to work in a team and you’re good at it

  • You easily adapt your way of working depending on the different cultures and business norms you’re dealing with

  • You convince us with your communication skills in Russian and English. English is our team language

Where you'll find your new job:
