SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE
Riportando al Responsabile Formazione, la risorsa avrà il compito di Supportare i colleghi nello strutturare, pianificare e organizzare le sessioni di training per soddisfare i fabbisogni formativi della struttura e della Rete
Si occuperà, sempre a supporto dei Senior Trainer, di:
  • Analizzare le richieste e i fabbisogni formativi della Rete Volvo Trucks
  • Analizzare il target di riferimento
  • Predisporre il materiale per corsi tecnici e commerciali
  • Aggiornare le attività di formazione a catalogo
  • Pianificare il Calendario Annuale, in collaborazione con il Competence Development Manager
PROFILO PROFESSIONALE
  • Il/la candidato/a ideale, con laurea ad Indirizzo Scientifico/Tecnologico o Diploma Tecnico, ha una forte motivazione e predisposizione alla gestione dell’aula
  • forte interesse per il mondo automotive
  • E’ indispensabile una buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese, dei principali strumenti informatici ed una buona propensione ad attività pratiche, sia meccaniche ed elettroniche
Flessibilità, organizzazione, orientamento ai risultati, ottime capacità relazionali e di lavorare in autonomia ed in team, eccellenti doti comunicative, capacità analitiche e di sintesi completano il profilo.
FACILITAZIONI: E' previsto un rimborso spese pari a 500€/mese.
