Job Description:

This person will manage the talent acquisition process for all hourly production candidates at the Holstein facility. They will support employee relations and employee engagement activities. While also providing a broad range of HR support in of business objectives, strategic goals, and initiatives for the Holstein facility. This position will be required to work a standard shift of 1pm-10pm or 2pm -11pm.


Job Duties:

  • Leads recruitment tasks such as pre-screening, onsite interviews, offer letters, background check submissions, and confirming start dates with all candidates
  • Assist in onboarding of new hires
  • Generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates through advanced recruitment and sourcing techniques
  • Monitor and consult to industry workforce trends
  • Build client relationships with operations leadership
  • Drive interview and selection process while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Conduct requisition consultations with key internal leaders to understand business and talent needs
  • Ensure diverse slate of candidates presented to Hiring Manager
  • Provide job description expertise to hiring managers during the role creation process to ensure the right level of talent is identified
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Manage headcount report and tracking
  • May assist with college recruiting
  • Will work with marketing to coordinate recruitment advertising campaigns
  • Actively involved with recommending and implementing projects which could include employee engagement, recruiting, and training and development
  • May assist with investigations, prepares and develops employee relations issues and practices
  • Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization
  • Support and help managers drive process improvement initiatives by obtaining employee engagement and buy in
  • Support and properly apply HR policies and practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements



  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field, or 3-5 years of relative work experience
  • Experience interviewing and screening hourly candidates
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Team player mentality
  • At times a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift hybrid schedule will be required
  • Ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with a HRIS is preferred
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
