Job Description

Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is hiring a Director of Business Development for Concraft. Concraft is a full-service Restoration Contractor, serving the community for over 30 years. The company has experienced tremendous growth and continues to do so, with ambitious projections for the coming years. The Director of Business Development is responsible for building sales and profits through the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan and by growing the sales team.

Concraft will hire a problem-solver who takes a hands-on approach to managing a team, and is driven by strong values.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75K
  • Commission plan with no cap
  • Company car or car allowance, Cell Phone and Laptop

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Business Development team
  • Recruit, hire, and terminate staff, including business development staff
  • Research markets for each vertical, define targets, and prioritize actions
  • Identify potential clients and new market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain marketing budget and training protocols
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Develop and plan events to promote company
  • Represent company at industry events and conferences
  • Maintain company brand and identity

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales management
  • Proven, successful track record in sales goals, negotiating, coaching, recruiting, and training, and evaluating performance
  • Strong experience in account sales, including responsibilities in client presentations, securing sales accounts, establishing and maintaining strategies, reviewing status with team members and reporting such to executive management
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Ability to maintain a quality and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to travel and participate in events outside normal business hours
  • Adept in technology programs (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Bachelor’s degree, or strong experience
