Job Description

Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the restoration and construction industries, is hiring a Project Manager for Level Creek Property Restoration, located in Buford, GA. Level Creek Property Restoration is a full-service mitigation and reconstruction company that has been serving the community since 2010, providing superior service in working with insurance companies to resolve disaster relief for policyholders. The Project Manager is responsible for performing site inspections and meeting with customers, negotiating reconstruction costs with insurance carrier representatives, and for the oversight and management of the project cycle for restoration projects. The Project Manager provides direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts, manages the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and secures any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $48,000-$60,000
  • Employee is eligible for company bonus plan

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to property damage emergency calls
  • Scope reconstruction jobs and participate in the development of the project estimate
  • Negotiate restoration services and insurance claim settlements
  • Ability to manage reconstruction projects to completion
  • Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
  • Participate in design, process and permit submittal
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Complete weekly expense reports
  • Attend all appropriate company meetings
  • Attend regular company sponsored training sessions

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as a project manager in the restoration/ construction industry
  • Ability to read Xactimate scopes
  • Experience with construction software and technology
  • Knowledge of change orders, work orders, and scheduling
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules
  • Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented)
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service in a timely and ethical manner
  • Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
