Job Description

Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is hiring a Sales Manager for ICC Restoration and Cleaning Services located in Woodbury, MN. Since 1989, ICC Restoration and Cleaning Services has been providing impeccable service to their clients whether the project is a minor mold remediation or a major fire restoration. The Sales Manager is responsible for building sales and profits through the development of effective sales processes. The Sales Manager will be responsible for effectively managing the sales departments in multiple locations through staffing, training and management for a sales team. This person will also be responsible for the continued growth of the commercial segment of the company.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $65,000-$70,000
  • Eligible for commission plan
  • Company Vehicle and cell phone

Responsibilities:

  • Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships
  • Function as an effective member of the management team, setting overall direction for the company and representing the sales function in all planning efforts.
  • Exceed company targets for sales revenue and goals for sales activity metrics
  • Develop annual, monthly and weekly sales goals in conjunction with the strategic plan
  • Develop sales strategies and processes
  • Identify and establish contact with commercial market end users to make sales presentations that will create your own client base.
  • Maintain sales capacity through effective hiring, training and territory assignment for sales representatives
  • Ensure up to date documentation of all sales activities, results, customer and partner information and sales routes and territories
  • Prepare and conduct effective weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community
  • Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
  • Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing, etc.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience of relevant sales experience with at least 2 years within a management role
  • Associates degree in Business/ Marketing or related work experience
  • Proven, successful sales track record
  • Ability to create and lead high performing teams
  • Ability to maintain a quality and service oriented attitude
  • Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative
  • Proven ability in creating new business and client relationships is a must
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
