Job Description

Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the flooring covering industry, is hiring a Training and Implementation Specialist for RFMS. RFMS is the leading provider of business management software solutions for the floor covering industry. RFMS provides software, training, consulting and implementation services to more than 2,000 clients based in North America, Australia and New Zealand. The Training and Implementation Consultant’s (Consultant) primary responsibility is to provide high quality, creative and results oriented training to help educate our clients to use the RFMS business tool to become more profitable and efficient. Services will be delivered to the client via On Site, E-Learning, Webinars, training events, and at the RFMS University classroom.  Consultants must be able to provide straightforward advice and achieve results that create value for the client.

Compensation:

  • Salary based on work completed
    • Earning potential $75,000 plus

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm the scope of training and agenda to be covered. Utilize training guides, user documentation manuals, RFMS website resources and technical bulletins to aid in training presentation and post training reference material
  • Work closely with the Implementation/Training Coordinator, Help Desk and Q&A teams to ensure that client software issues or recommendations for improvement are communicated quickly and professionally
  • Generate additional training opportunities via follow up calls, emails, webinars, RSA visits, trade shows and posting time on RFMS University
  • Gain a solid understanding of the client’s current work flow and map it to the flow in RFMS. Create a customized implementation and training plan with time lines
  • Assist the client in setting goals, identifying priorities and anticipating potential road blocks. Keep the project moving forward
  • Maintain an audit trail of key project decisions, change requests, milestones, etc. and publish in a weekly status report
  • Seeks continual improvement and develops in-depth knowledge of the core RFMS business and accounting software, Schedule Pro, Bid Pro, Enterprise Manager and Import/Export functions. Familiarity with E-commerce and Measure basics
  • Review RFMS documentation, website, video tutorials, and newsletters. Attend scheduled in house training events
  • Achieve/maintain professional designations – CFE, CPA, etc.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, both in appearance and conduct.  Return client calls/emails within 24 hours – 48 hours if traveling

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of of professional work experience in floor covering operations, accounting or management using RFMS software is required
  • High degree of PC proficiency using RFMS core and MS Office is required
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
  • Strong communication, problem solving and sound business judgment skills are essential
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
  • Identifies own learning needs and seeks appropriate steps to continue continual self-development
  • Ability to travel 10-14 days per month
  • BA/BS required or equivalent experience
