RESPONSIBILITIES / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
• Ensuring an effective system is in place to maintain equipment compliance to HACCP, GMP, SQF and quality requirements.
• Working on automated equipment (PLCs, robotics, motors, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, electrical and refrigeration equipment) as needed
• Technical knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Machining, Boiler, HVAC, Welding, and General Construction practices
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawing.
• Proven leadership, problem solving, coaching/mentoring, and training skills.
• Proven ability to handle conflict, align performance for success and initiate action.
• Must be team oriented and self-directed.
• Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee training and supervision of staff.
• Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
• Other duties as required.
