Onin Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Accountant.

The Accountant will be responsible for general bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivables as well as preparation of financial statements. The Accountant will meet with Owner and Directors of the company on a regular basis to review statements, perform budget planning, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company

To be considered for this opening, qualified applicants will need to poses the ability to perform the following job functions:

• Experience with accounting software and data entry
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years related Accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks
