Join Our Team – Assembly Position in Albuquerque


Onin Staffing is hiring for our reputable client and looking for three hardworking individuals to join their team immediately. If you're ready to work in a dynamic and physically engaging role, we want to hear from you!


Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
  • Starting Wage: $18/hour
  • Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Purpose:

This entry-level position involves repetitive assembly operations to mass-produce quality products like windows, doors, trusses, panels, and stairs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts in specified configurations using bolts, clips, screws, cement, etc.
  • Cut products to exact measurements when needed.
  • Remove defective products to ensure quality.
  • Operate machinery for force-fitting or fastening operations.
  • Adapt to different workstations as production demands evolve.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including equipment and floors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Prior construction or truss-building experience is a significant plus.
  • Basic carpentry skills are helpful but not mandatory.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
  • Competence in reading and following simple instructions, measuring tape, and basic math operations.
  • Reliable and adaptable to varying tasks and environments.

Work Environment:

  • Physically demanding role with exposure to loud noises, machinery, and outdoor weather conditions.
  • Safety gear (ear protection, eye protection, etc.) is required.
