Job Description
Onin Staffing is hiring Production Techs for seat assembly, kitting, and tugging in the Athen, AL area. You will be responsible for assigned manufacturing tasks which include using equipment or tools to weld and assemble parts according to customer specifications. Responsible for safety, quality of work, production, and material flow.
Shift:
1st: 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. Monday to Friday with some OT on Saturdays.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Follow all standard work procedures.
- Meet production requirements and complete all production sheets.
- Follow all safety procedures and communicate issues with TL/GL.
- Participate in a manufacturing system emphasizing teamwork, safety training, and discipline.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
- Can sit, stand, and walk for continuous periods.
- Use some hand tools and power tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
