We are currently seeking a Line Lead to supervise a team of individuals in product handling operations. The role involves overseeing picking, sorting, and labeling products, weights not exceeding 35lbs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of workers in product handling tasks.
  • Ensure efficient picking, sorting, and labeling of products according to company standards.
  • Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to prevent workplace incidents.
  • Train and mentor team members to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and production activities.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.


Work Experience

-Bilingual (English-Spanish):** Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages is required to effectively communicate with team members and support bilingual operations.



-Basic Microsoft Knowledge:** Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, and Outlook) is necessary for performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.


-Motivated to Learn:** A proactive attitude and motivation to learn new skills and processes are highly valued. The willingness to adapt to changing work environments and embrace continuous improvement initiatives is essential for success in this role.
