Commercialization Specialist Your Seat at the Table: • Submit and manage part creation requests, ensuring all required documentation—including specifications, certifications, and artwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards. • Manage sample requests and shipment tracking. • Oversee digital asset management. • Ensure artwork compliance with regulatory. • Maintain and update internal and external portals. • Process food specification requests and coordinate with relevant departments. • Update technical specifications and ensure version control. • Maintain and regularly update the department’s SharePoint site to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with current initiatives. What you Bring to the Table: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex information and develop effective solutions independently. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience with digital asset management systems and portals. • Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications. • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, D365). • Basic knowledge of translation workflows and certification processes. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in packaging, compliance, or administrative coordination. • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.
