Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our light industrial team. In this role, you’ll serve as the key point of contact for customers, providing support with orders, inquiries, and service issues. You’ll also work closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.


  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding orders, products, and services
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system
  • Communicate lead times, shipping information, and order status updates
  • Work closely with production, shipping, and inventory teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Support team members and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed


Work Experience

1st Shift 9am - 5:30pm

Full time

Monday Through Friday


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or light industrial setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, order entry systems)
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
